The following terms and conditions govern the direct sale of products by Dokany.. or the entity mentioned in the packing slip to customers in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Programming License and Warranty
All software pre-installed with any Product is subject to the applicable End User License Agreement included with the product. The warranties, if any, of the software must be in accordance with the license agreement.
Any programming under these terms and conditions is not warranted. Some software may differ from their retail version (if available) and may not include user manuals or all software functionality.
Limitation of Liability

Shipping and Availability
Can Dokany Ships to customer addresses in the Arab Republic of Egypt only.
Export Control
The customer acknowledges that products and technical data purchased or received under these terms and conditions may be subject to the laws of and export control regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The customer will not ship any products outside the Arab Republic of Egypt without obtaining an appropriate permit. The customer will defend and hold Dokany harmless from all claims, damages or liability resulting from the breach of the foregoing.
Return Policies
We implement the Egyptian laws for consumer protection. According to Consumer Protection Act.
Refund is only accepted for opened or used items with manufacturing defects and is based on the inspection report issued by the original manufacturers/importers of the product. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product.
In order to be eligible for a return due to manufacturing defects, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or Proof of purchase.
Note: You have up to 14 days from the day you received your purchase to let us know by sending an email, filling out an online form, or by calling our call center to place your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email or call you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.

Doukani will only refund the original purchase price of the product plus any related taxes. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. The customer must use a reputable shipping company that is able to provide proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring the return shipment. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Dokanyi will inspect the product to ensure that all parts are included and that there have been no misuse or abuse of the product, or user negligence. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that the customer received them. Dokkaani may refuse to return or deduct costs associated with the following: missing parts, non-original packaging, misuse, product misuse, or user negligence.
Potential system failure
Designed Command entry systems to provide an efficient and reliable way to enter commands. Commercial ISPs are not 100% reliable and failure of one or more of these providers may affect online order entry. The Customer acknowledges that the order entry system is mechanical and therefore may be subject to failure beyond Doukani's control.
Customer may not assign his rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the express written consent of Dokkany.
Independence
If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

These Terms of Sale constitute the entire and only agreement between Shopify and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the subject matter of these Terms.
